What we collect

  • Minecraft UUID and username (from Microsoft OAuth — mandatory)
  • Email address (from Microsoft OAuth — collected but optional for communications)
  • Microsoft account display name (stored for reference)
  • Server files (stored on Ramparts Hosting infrastructure — your content)
  • Console output (stored temporarily — last 1,000 lines for the Console tab, 30-day retention for crash analysis)
  • Player session data derived from console parsing (join/leave times, session durations — for analytics features)
  • TPS readings derived from console parsing (for TPS history feature)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers)
  • IP addresses (in access logs, retained 7 days)

What we don't collect

  • Passwords (none exist in the system)
  • Third-party advertising data
  • Location data beyond billing country (for VAT)

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Account data: until account deletion
  • Server files: until 30 days after cancellation
  • Nightly backups: 30-day rolling retention
  • Customer-created backups: until manually deleted
  • Console logs: 30-day rolling
  • Crash analyses: 90-day rolling
  • IP logs: 7 days
  • Player session data: 90-day rolling

Your rights (GDPR)

Right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Email support@rampartshosting.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

Data processors

Stripe (payments), Backblaze (backup storage), Hetzner (infrastructure). All EU-based or with EU data processing agreements.
